Stony Brook, New York, 11790The Board of Education of the Three Village Central School District ("School District") is inviting the submission of SEALED PROPOSALS from reputable and qualified proposers for:
UNIVERSAL PRE-KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM
RFP#: 26-27-001
Proposal Due Date: Tuesday, March 31, 2026 on or before 11:00 a.m.
The School District's Request for Proposals ("RFP") may be obtained from the School District Administration Office located at 100 Suffolk Ave, Stony Brook, New York 11790 commencing on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., excluding holidays. To prevent opening by unauthorized individuals, the sealed proposal should be identified on the envelope or other wrapper as "RFP: 26-27-0001 Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program" and include the name and address of the Proposer. The sealed proposals must be received on or before 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at which time said proposals will be opened. Late proposals will be returned unopened. Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered. No proposal will be accepted by electronic mail or facsimile transmission. All proposals shall be addressed to:

The School District reserves the right to amend its RFP for any reason or based upon questions received in writing during the proposal process. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Sherri deCarolis, Purchasing Agent, on or before Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the address above or by electronic transmission to sdecarol@3villagecsd.org.
The RFP does not obligate the School District to award a contract, pay any cost incurred in the preparation of a proposal in response to the RFP, or to procure or contract for services. The School District intends to award a contract(s) on the basis of the best interest and advantage to the School District, and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of the RFP, to negotiate with all qualified Proposers/Respondents, or to cancel the RFP in part or in its entirety, if it is in the best interest of the School District to do so. The School District may select as the successful proposer that proposal which, in the School District's sole discretion and with whatever modifications the School District and the proposer may mutually agree upon, best meets the School District's requirements whether or not that proposal is the lowest priced. No proposer shall have any legal, equitable, or contractual rights of any kind arising out of its submission of a proposal. Incomplete proposals may not be considered.
